By downloading, installing, or using Bloom ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Metanetica ("we", "us", "our"). By using Bloom, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Bloom is a mobile application that provides:

• Period and menstrual cycle tracking with phase detection
• Cycle predictions (next period, fertile window, ovulation)
• Pregnancy planning tools (BBT, cervical mucus, OPK tracking)
• Pregnancy mode with week-by-week tracking and milestones
• Mood and symptom logging with trend analysis
• AI-powered health chat assistant (Lily)
• Health insights and wellness scoring
• Push notifications and reminders

The App is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App
• You must not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice
• You must not rely on the App's predictions as a method of contraception
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app lock settings
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose

The AI chat feature (Lily) uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate responses. Important limitations:

• AI responses may contain inaccuracies or outdated information
• AI responses are not a substitute for professional medical consultation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Chat messages are processed by OpenAI's servers subject to their data usage policies
• You use the AI chat feature at your own risk

All content, design, code, branding, logos, and trademarks in Bloom are the exclusive property of Metanetica. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Bloom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Bloom is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that predictions, calculations, or AI responses will be accurate
• Warranties that the App will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metanetica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Health outcomes or medical decisions based on App information
• Data loss or corruption
• Reliance on cycle predictions, fertility estimates, or AI responses
• Unauthorized access to your device or data
• Any other matter relating to the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metanetica from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
